VapeMeds Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
Digitalselves, LLC (“Digitalselves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), representing VapeMeds, operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) governed by these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Messaging Terms”).
Participation in this Program and our collection and use of your personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy and General Terms of Use (collectively, the “Policies”).
By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Policies.
2. Program Description
We may send both promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program, using automated, semi-automated, or manual technology.
Promotional Messages
Promotional messages advertise or promote VapeMeds products and services. These may include:

Sales, specials, and limited-time promotions

Product announcements or restocks

Loyalty and referral rewards

Abandoned-checkout reminders
Transactional Messages
Transactional messages relate to ongoing orders or customer accounts and may include:

Order confirmations, shipment updates, or delivery alerts

Account or subscription notifications

Support communications or service reminders
Messages may be sent via SMS, MMS, or RCS, possibly using autodialers or messaging platforms compliant with carrier regulations.
Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per week.
We do not charge for messages; however, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
3. User Opt-In
By providing your mobile number, you voluntarily opt in to receive recurring messages from Digitalselves, LLC representing VapeMeds, even if your number appears on any “Do Not Call” registry.
You confirm that:

The number you provide is valid and under your ownership or authority.

You will promptly notify us at support@vapemeds.com if your number changes or ownership transfers.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and not required for any purchase.
4. User Opt-Out & Support
To stop receiving messages, reply to any text from us with STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
You may receive one final confirmation message verifying your opt-out.
If you wish to rejoin later, simply re-opt in using any available method.
For assistance, reply HELP to any message from us.
We are not responsible for unrecognized or misspelled commands. If we change our sending number or short code, we’ll notify you. Requests sent to retired numbers may not be processed.
5. A2P 10DLC Compliance Clause
Our messaging practices follow U.S. carrier requirements under the A2P 10DLC framework and related CTIA guidelines. By opting in, you acknowledge that:

All messages originate from a registered and verified business entity (Digitalselves, LLC representing VapeMeds).

Your consent is documented, stored securely, and can be revoked at any time using the commands listed above.

Message content will never include prohibited categories such as SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco claims involving illegal products) or unverified medical claims.

We monitor carrier compliance in real time and may suspend or terminate communications if we believe a campaign risks non-compliance or spam classification.
You agree not to misuse or spoof our sender ID or messaging channels. Any violation of carrier or A2P 10DLC rules may result in suspension of your access to the Program.
6. Program Availability; Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
The Program is offered “as is” and may not be available in all regions or with all carriers.
Neither Digitalselves, LLC, VapeMeds, nor our service providers are liable for:

Delayed, failed, or misdirected messages;

Transmission errors or service interruptions; or
-
Any loss or damage resulting from Program participation.
7. Modifications to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or cancel the Program or these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time, with or without notice. Updates become effective upon posting to our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions. Review these Terms periodically.
