VapeMeds Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Overview
All orders placed through VAPEMEDS®, operated by Digitalselves, LLC, are processed and shipped in accordance with the following policy. Shipping times, costs, and carriers may vary depending on your location, selected delivery method, and order contents.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, VapeMeds no longer controls delivery speed, delays, or handling.
2. Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by the chosen carrier and service level. Factors that may affect your delivery time include distance, carrier network capacity, adverse weather, and local or regional disruptions.
If you qualify for free shipping, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise stated.
Available Mail Shipping Options:

USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after the package is transferred from VapeMeds to the carrier. -
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after the package is transferred from VapeMeds to the carrier. -
USPS Priority Mail Express
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 calendar days after the package is transferred from VapeMeds to the carrier.
⏱ Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. You may use this tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery progress directly on the carrier’s website.
After your package has been transferred to the carrier, Digitalselves, LLC / VapeMeds has access only to the same tracking information you receive. We do not have visibility into a carrier’s internal routing, logistics, or delivery operations.
If your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS (or the applicable carrier) directly to open a missing mail or claim request.
4. Shipping Liability & Lost Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the carrier.
Digitalselves, LLC and VapeMeds are not liable for:

Delays caused by carrier errors, weather, or natural events

Packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating or replacing your package, but final claims must be filed with the carrier.
5. Restricted Delivery Areas
Certain VapeMeds products (including THCa and hemp-derived items) are subject to state or federal shipping restrictions. Orders containing restricted products may be canceled or modified based on destination laws.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local and state regulations before ordering.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged or incomplete:

Take clear photos of the package, shipping label, and contents.

Contact us at support@vapemeds.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. VapeMeds is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to fulfill and ship your order promptly, Digitalselves, LLC cannot guarantee delivery dates. High-volume seasons, weather disruptions, or carrier backlogs may extend delivery times. Refunds for shipping fees are not available for delays caused by the carrier.
9. International Shipping
At this time, VapeMeds only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.
