What is the VapeMeds Payment Center?

The Payment Center is where you choose how you want to pay and request secure instructions. We don’t take payment on the website itself. Instead, you tap a message link, text us your preferred method, and we reply with private payment details matched to your order.

Did I already pay at checkout?

Accepted Answer

No. When you submit your order, your products are reserved but no payment is taken. You still need to choose a payment option in the Payment Center and complete payment using the message link for that method.

Question 3

How do the “Request” buttons work?

Each button is a message link. When you tap it, your phone opens your texting app with our number and a pre-filled message, such as "Payment Request – Zelle". Just hit send, and we’ll reply with the exact instructions for that payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, Chime, Crypto, and Stripe invoices, which allow payment by credit or debit card or Cash App through Stripe checkout.

Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose the Stripe Invoice option in the Payment Center. We’ll email you a secure Stripe invoice where you can pay with a credit or debit card, or Cash App through Stripe’s checkout flow.

How long does it take to confirm my payment?

Accepted Answer

Most payments are confirmed within 15–60 minutes during business hours. Once we match your payment to your order, we mark it paid and move it into the shipping queue.

What if the message link doesn’t open my texting app?

Accepted Answer

If the button doesn’t work on your device, open your texting app manually and send a message to (213) 222-6134. Include your name, order ID, and payment method, and we’ll reply with instructions.

Question 8

Do you store or share my payment information?

Accepted Answer

No. We don’t store your banking or card numbers. For card payments, Stripe securely processes the transaction. For Zelle, Venmo, Chime, and Crypto, you send payment directly through your own app or wallet.
