1. General Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in this Return Policy. VapeMeds products are considered consumable or perishable and therefore not eligible for return or refund once opened or used.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service via the methods listed on the Contact Page or through the messaging icon at the bottom left corner of our website.
2. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Credit
If you purchased directly from vapemeds.com and received an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit if we are notified within ten (10) days of delivery.
Requests submitted after ten (10) days from the date of delivery will not be reviewed or approved.
To initiate a claim, you must provide the following:

A clear photo of the packing slip

A photo of the product(s) in question

A photo of the original shipping box and label

Our customer service team typically processes claims within five (5) business days of receiving your submission.
3. Review and Discretion
Digitalselves, LLC, on behalf of VapeMeds, reserves the right to approve, deny, or limit any refund, credit, or replacement request at our sole discretion.
We also reserve the right to deny service or future sales to any individual, business, or entity for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of return privileges or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Product Effectiveness Disclaimer
While VapeMeds stands behind the quality, purity, and integrity of our products, a product’s effectiveness is subjective and not guaranteed.
Because cannabinoid and psychoactive compounds affect every individual differently, product effectiveness, personal preference, or tolerance are not valid grounds for a refund or credit.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item:

Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Contact us within ten (10) days of receipt.

Provide the required photos listed above.
Claims received after this window cannot be honored.
6. Shipping-Related Losses
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier (e.g., USPS), VapeMeds is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, theft, or misdelivery.
Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim for missing or stolen packages.
We may, at our discretion, assist you in opening a claim or provide a courtesy replacement, but this is not guaranteed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Flower or oil jars once unsealed
